Elite IL200 5 & 6-Speed Sequential Gearbox
The Elite IL200 is a lightweight inline sequential gearbox designed specifically for weight-sensitive circuit racing applications, including kit cars, Westfields and other lightweight competition vehicles typically under 900 kg.
Available in 5-speed or 6-speed configurations, the IL200 combines a compact 30 kg package with sequential shifting and dog engagement for fast, positive gear changes.
Sequential gear selection also allows clutch-less upshifting when integrated with a suitable engine management system.
Rated to 200 ft/lbs of torque, the IL200 is ideally suited to lightweight circuit cars where reducing drivetrain weight is just as important as shift speed and reliability.
The IL200 is designed for circuit use and is not suitable for rally or other off-road motorsport applications.
IL200-5SE Extended Version
For applications requiring additional torque capacity, the IL200-5SE provides a stronger 5-speed alternative.
The IL200-5SE features 30 mm wider gears than the standard IL200-5S, increasing the torque capacity to 250 ft/lbs while retaining the compact design philosophy of the IL200 range.
High-Strength Motorsport Construction
The IL200 gears are manufactured from high-strength hardening alloy steel and are REM Superfinished as standard.
This finishing process helps reduce friction, improve gear surface quality and increase durability under demanding competition conditions.

Ratio Selection
The IL200 can be configured with ratios selected specifically around the characteristics of your vehicle.
